The deal

Imperia (imperia42.com) is a free online strategy game operated by Ivan Vasilev, Bulgaria. By playing you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't play.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 13 years old.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting in the same world is cheating.
• Pick a ruler name that isn't offensive, impersonating, or spam. We may rename or remove accounts that break this.

Fair play

No bots, scripts, exploits, or automation of gameplay. If you find a bug that gives an unfair advantage, report it to hello@imperia42.com instead of farming it. We may suspend or delete accounts that cheat or abuse other players, and may reset game state affected by exploits.

The service

• Imperia is provided as-is, without warranty of availability, balance, or that your empire survives the night. Worlds, seasons, rules, and features may change or end at any time — it's a living game.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from the game is limited to the amount you paid us: zero.
• Game content and code are ours; your gameplay is yours to brag about (season chronicles are made to be shared).

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If we change the terms materially, we'll update the date above; continued play means acceptance.
